Thank you for your interest in Alpenglow Family Medicine for your employees. As an employer, choosing Direct Primary Care for your employees is an easy decision that you can feel good about.
Businesses that register with less than 10 employees pay a registration fee of $50 per employee: regular monthly fees, all dependents at regular prices.

Businesses that register with more than 10 employees have waived registration fees: $70 monthly fees per employee, all dependents at regular prices.
Important notes
- It is up to the business to decide how they are handling their employees as far as contributions to cost and/or payroll deductions. Alpenglow sends only one invoice to the employer due on the first of the month.
- Payments are prepaid for the month. If you have an employee that needs to be removed from your account during the month, you may log into your account and unenroll them or contact the office to have them removed from the next invoice.
- If you have an employee that needs to be added during the month you may enroll them at any time, but they will not activate until the beginning of the next month. If they need to be activated sooner, contact the office and they can be added with the charges appearing on next month’s invoice.
- Employees are not allowed to add themselves to your account. Should an employee contact us directly we will reach out to the assigned administrator for permission prior to making any changes to the business account.
- If an employee on your account abuses his/her membership with Alpenglow, we reserve the right to terminate that employee’s membership.
